  • 1 cucumber
  • 1 cup of alfalfa sprouts (thoroughly washed)
  • 1 cup of spinach
  • 1 lemon
  • 1 large carrot (or 2 medium carrots)
  • 2 apples
  • 2 stalks of celery
  • 1-inch piece of ginger
